As lifelong chefs, we know how to “prep”, meaning we know how to “go big”, so we have created a list of menu items that work well for meals at your home (or home away from home). Our pick up meals are of the same quality as our in-home personal chef meals. The menu has been designed to include easy to re-heat/complete cooking/assemble without too much hassle and consistent, quality results. Our menus include items as simple as a pan of lasagna, mac and cheese, or a rack of ribs, as well as complete meals with appetizers, sides, entrees, and dessert. We even offer hors d’oeuvres, ready to go for a fun and easy cocktail party. You can also find Mountain Flour small batch ice creams and sorbets as well as homemade desserts, both simple and refined!
Conveniently located between the Eagle airport and I-70 , we invite you to stop by and grab meals for your entire trip, a special occasion dessert or simply breakfast for the next day. With wine and beer available for purchase, you can start to relax without needing to make an additional stop.

Thank you for considering FOODsmith Prep for your take home meals! We utilize quality ingredients and time-honored cooking methods to create simple dishes that are rich in flavor. We have tested them to determine that they will work well as take home dishes. Our meals can be picked up cold or frozen in disposable containers with heating and assembly instructions.
Our sample take home menus include both “simple” items that you can enjoy when you want a casual meal in the comforts of your own home, as well as more traditional multi-course meals for those times that you hope to indulge, spoil yourself a little or make an impression upon your guests.
On any given day a different variety of these sample menu items may be available (and some days we are inspired by the ingredients available and we have altogether new items! ) We strive to always have some items available that will meet a variety of dietary restrictions.
If you are interested in pre-ordering specific menu items, or would like to place a large order for pick up, please contact us at the number below, we can assist you in planning a custom drop-off or pick up menu, so please view these sample menus merely as inspiration for your meal. We are experienced at creating menus that accommodate your personal preferences and dietary restrictions and exceed your expectations regarding quality. Almost all menu items are available gluten-free, soy-free, grain-free, refined sugar-free,nut-free, etc. Please do not hesitate to inquire about these and other options.
